Join in on the simple movements of strength and flexibility and fascia untangling that will guide and empower you with knowledge, skill and motivation to get you back to pain free movement. Whether that means walking with ease, climbing a mountain, or getting on the floor with the kids.

Things to remember:

*Practice not perfection.

*With awareness of movement there is more choice.

*Self care is your health care.

Mindful Movement Classes- simple alignment based exercises for strength and flexibility. 

Fascia Freedom Classes- use a variety of sized therapy balls to reduce pain and increasing mobility. 

Weights & Conditioning- we start out with light weights, moving slow with awareness of alignment and breath.

Mindful Movement Class:

Use what you have at home or most props you can find at yogaaccessories.com

  • 2 Blankets 
  • Bolster or rolled sleeping bag/blankets                                                                               
  • Foam block                                                                                                                          
  • Strap or belt, or scarf                                                                                                                
  • 12 inch 1/2 foam roller                                                                                                                      
  • Chair that doesn't roll and has a flat seat                                                                           
  • 2 -9 or 12 inch stretch bands buy at Target or sporting goods store
  •  Pair of small therapy balls in tote from Colleen or tuneupfitness.com or 2 tennis balls in a sock

Weights & Conditioning props:

  • 2 pair of weights starting with a light ones like  #2 & #3 or #3 & #4
